Summers is on her way to Success!

Summers has lost another 1.9 pounds. Which means  she  has lost a total of 7.3 pounds in two weeks. All thanks to working out and keeping up with the trim360 weight loss plan.

Here are some tips on how  to stay on track with your weight loss plan according to Summers and how to get out of that funk.

1.Get up earlier then 8am and work out. “The kind of workout  that truly kicks your ass.”

2.Fill yourself with those endorphins.

3.Wear something colorful.

4. Go to work or do something productive early in the morning, keep yourself busy all day.

5. Get at least one of those things u have been  procrastinating  DONE.

6. By the time you go to bed  you will feel a lot better about yourself and it will  help you  stay on track.

When you are feeling tired or not in the mood to work out whatever you do DO NOT GIVE UP!  Every time you want to give up play some up beat music think about why you are doing this talk to a friend that will listen and get back on task. No slacking off is allowed, you have made this your goal and it is in your power to make this goal come true.  Summers is on her way to successful weight loss, you can be too.
