1. Drink a lot of water. Our body needs plenty of water. Water helps get rid of toxins in our body and it also makes you feel healthy. Also water has no calories… what else can you ask for.
2. Wake up and have a glass of water. When you wake up have one glass of water. It is a great way to start off your day and you will also eat less breakfast after that. Water helps to lubricate the inside of your stomach and get rid of your digestive juices.
3. Have a glass of water before food. It will make you feel fuller without actually having to eat too much.
4. Drink another glass of water after food. Its a great way of making yourself full, and will help you eat less food. Take sips after each bite. It will also help the food settle in faster.
5. Stay away from sweet and flavored waters especially soft drinks. The coke and the sparkling drinks are so sugary and has way to much calories. The less you drink the soda drinks the better it is for you.
6. Include diets such as tomatoes and watermelons which contain water. It contains 90-95% of water. They fill you up without giving you those pounds.
7. Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice usually is unnaturally sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugar. You also eat a lot of fiber, which you body needs. They also have a good source of vitamins. If you do have a craving for some juice go ahead and make yourself a fresh squeezed fruit juice.
